Hey,

So glad you could make it to the party!
If you’re looking for a quick overview of what this business is all about before you step onboard my Ship, look no further.

  1. All about me

My name is Eline. I’m the captain of this Ship, and a holistic coach, speaker and entrepreneur. I hold a degree in Eastern Languages and Cultures, a certification in holistic coaching and have almost 20 years of experience in the music industry under my belt.
I’m dedicated to artist well-being and helping you create a healthy, self-empowering mindstyle in the music industry.

I also like avocados (all day errday), grime music, sci fi, Bloody Marys and reruns of The Bold And The Beautiful (I swear).
Read more on my About page.

2. Do you want to get inspired on artist well-being?

My radioshow Mind The Music explores artist well-being in electronic music from a holistic viewpoint, through a series of exclusive interviews with artists and music industry people.

The music is handpicked for each show by the guests themselves for an extra personal, mindful experience.

It runs monthly on Reform Radio in Manchester. Such blessings!

3. I meditate, and you should too

I created a free, fund and easy guided meditation called ‘Ready, Steady, Roots!’ to help you stay grounded and focused. It is a great tool to cope with anxiety so that you can enjoy your performance even more, to stay focused in the studio and finish your tracks, and just generally help you to find your calm whenever, wherever - in the studio, in the DJ booth, backstage, on the road or at home.

All it takes is 15 minutes. And, you can even do it in a toilet stall!

I created this to make meditation easy for people who find it difficult to wind down or don’t always have a quiet spot to go to.

The benefits of meditation are out of this world! It is one of the very first things I do with everyone I work with in my coaching practice.

Which brings me to my next point. My passengers.

5. And there’s a lot more to discover!

The best way to stay connected is through my newsletter. You’ll get monthly updates about artist well-being with interesting new blog reads, new products and services and a weekly Mental Note from me that I just don’t share anywhere else!
